Overnight Care

The first step is to fill out our contact form. After submission, our office team will call you to discuss your pet care requirements at your chosen time. Following this, you will receive an email with instructions on how to set up your account.

Once your profile is complete, we will arrange your new client meeting. A manager from the office and your pet care professional will visit your home to meet you and your pet and review all the details in your profile.

Now that you’ve spoken to our office, you’ll begin completing your profile with all of your pets' details and home care information. 

Once you've met your pet care professional and feel confident that we're the right match for your pet, we can arrange your requested service. Scheduling is straightforward online, and our office will contact you to discuss all the details.

Now you’re all set, and you’ll be able to see the status of your pet care visits in real time. Your pet care professional will send a visit report with photos at the end of each visit, and you can communicate directly with them through the app or contact our office. 

As a Treat Em Purrfect Pet Care client, you have the convenience of requesting kitty cuddle, dog walking, or one of our other services at any time, day or night. Simply log in to your online account to make a request.
