What Happens After Setting Up Your Online Account?
Once your account is created, you can easily request and book services through the online portal.
The holiday season can get busy, so we recommend booking in advance! Reservations for holiday services require payment at the time of booking. We do offer some flexibility with our cancellation policy:
For cancellations made:
Additionally, a cancellation fee equivalent to the cost of one visit will be charged for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the first scheduled appointment. This applies only to non-holiday pet sitting appointments.
Clients must call, email, or text by 8 PM the night before the scheduled walk to cancel. If cancellations are not made by this time, clients acknowledge they will be charged for the service. For early bird walks or visits scheduled between 7 AM and 9 AM, cancellations made after 8 PM the previous night will result in the full cost of the visit being charged.
We accept various payment methods, including:
For Monday-Friday dog walking clients, we bill you on Sunday for the previous week, with payment due by Tuesday. You can opt into Auto Pay by saving a credit card on file when setting up your account through the Contact Us page.
For all other services, payment is due at the time of your Meet and Greet (initial client meeting).
Payment for pet sitting services is due at the initial client meeting (meet and greet). For dog walking services, payment is due by Tuesday following the completion of services, upon receipt of the invoice.

Not at all! We are experienced in administering pills, insulin injections, eye drops, ear drops, and other specific requests. Additional charges may apply. For more details, please visit the service request section and scroll down for further information.
Once your client and pet profiles are set up in Time to Pet, you will receive an email with a journal entry after each visit. You can find the account creation link on the Home and Contact Us pages of our website.

Holidays We Observe
Mid-day walks can be scheduled upon request for a $15 additional charge on the following federal holidays:

For the safety of everyone, we adhere to federal government guidelines. In the event of a government shutdown due to a snowstorm or hurricane, we will cancel regular mid-day walks but will make every effort to complete scheduled dog and cat sitting visits. Clients with mid-day walking packages will not be charged for any cancellations. Additionally, on days with extreme weather conditions such as severe heat, cold, or rainstorms, walk durations may be shortened.
Mid-day walks are scheduled from 10:30 AM to 4:00 PM, and evening walks are scheduled from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. The schedule remains the same on weekends, though rates may vary.
We offer one-on-one walks exclusively, but we can accommodate dogs from the same household. This ensures that each dog receives the full attention of the walker.
We strive for consistency by assigning the same pet sitter or dog walker to foster a strong bond with your pet and maintain continuity. For mid-day dog walks Monday through Friday, your pet will typically have the same walker. However, occasional changes may happen due to vacations, emergencies, jury duty, or other unforeseen circumstances. Pet sitters are assigned based on their availability, which may vary, and clients will be notified of any changes.
Our policy is to recognize all federal government holidays, along with Easter, Mother's Day, and Father's Day. On these holidays, including Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve, a $15 holiday service fee is charged for any services provided. This fee is given to our pet care professionals as an expression of appreciation for their commitment. Furthermore, a $15 holiday surcharge is also applied on Black Friday and December 26th, the day after Christmas.
Please email us when you arrive home. If we don’t receive a response from you, an additional visit will be provided for your pet, and you will be responsible for the charge for that service. Please email us at pets@treatempurrfectpetcare.com with "Returned" in the subject line. If we haven’t heard from you within 24 hours of your return, we will give you a call. Rest assured, your house will be left just as you left it, and your pet will be happy and healthy!
